The Task
The primary objective was to create an automated device enrolment platform capable of assigning warranties to OEM devices at the point of initial use, streamlining the warranty assignment process.
The Solution
Our team meticulously analyzed the requirements and devised a comprehensive development plan. We successfully implemented an OEM-provided certificate, integrated data retrieval from ZOHO and Salesforce CRMs, and automated device enrolment. Additionally, a manual override feature with a maker-checker process was incorporated to ensure data integrity and provide flexibility.
